Tool Course Custom build-knowledge of saws- Summer Course beginning Monday June 17th, 2019

In this tool course you will learn to use a variety of different saws to cut wood and solid wood products. This course will be 4-6 weeks depending on the individuals and will touch base on circular saws, tables saws, miter saws. 

In this course you will learn the basics and some intermediate skills with these tools. In the end you will leave with whatever you have built. 

Spaces are limited and the cost of this course is $400.00. Each class will be 1.5 hours long and will include one 8'x4'x3/4"plywood. You will be making boxes with different types of joints.  The introduction to the class will include designing your custom project and understanding how to deconstruct an idea and turn it into a design to be built. Any additional material will be at the cost of the participant. 

This workshop will be held at our Kawartha Lakes Location 77 Cross Creek Road, in the Red Barn.
